304 Stainless Steel Sheet Processing

Stainless steel can be widely used in sheet metal processing, and different types of stainless steel models can have different effects. The types of stainless steel can be divided into Cr series (400 series), Cr-Ni series (300 series), Cr-Mn-Ni (200 series) and precipitation hardening series (600 series) according to their composition.
300 Series—Cr-Ni Austenitic Stainless Steel

Brushed Metal Surface Treatment

Brushed metal is a further step of smoothing the surface of the metal. The choice of abrasive belt is from 60 mesh to 600 mesh. First use a higher abrasive belt, then use a smoother abrasive belt to sand the metal surface. The drawing process is completed in the same direction, so the finished surface is a directional drawing, not a random scratch.
